Job Description:

Looking to quickly fill an Accounting Assistant role in Troy. Our client, has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant to support the accounting department. In addition to daily accounting activities such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal and general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, payroll and travel expenses the Accounting Assistant will also be responsible for office equipment and supplies and administrative duties. - -Pay for the Accounting Assistant will be between $43,680 to $52,000 depending on experience. - - Work hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, 100% in office. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.Accounting Assistant Job Functions:

Coordinate all international and domestic travelManage travel expenses and logsPrepare sales proposalsMaintain all office equipment and suppliesAnswer phonesOther administrative tasks as assignedAccounting Assistant Requirements:
