Job- Full TimeShift: 6am-230pmSalary: $65,000-$68,000Summary/ObjectiveWe are seeking an experienced Cost Accountant with skills in cost and inventory accounting. You will be responsible for developing and analyzing cost standards, inventory tracking and reconciliations, along with monthly reporting, audits and special projects.Essential Duties include but not limited to:Analyze and record variable costs.Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies and Analyze cost standardPrepare cost estimate for sales department, and join customer meeting if neededPerform month-end and year-end closingObserve and Audit Inventory on regular basisGenerate and Analysis monthly and Annual Inventory reportsPrepare rolling monthly budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)Consolidate and prepare monthly various cost and operating related reportsAssist with annual audit process.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.2-3 years' Manufacturing industry experienceAbility to multi-task and change direction quickly, punctual and reliable,Ability to use initiative and prioritize the work at busy timeAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Excellent communication and customer service skillsExcellent computer skills are essential; proficient is Microsoft excel/word/outlook.Willing to learn and grow into your position.SAP experience preferred.Bilingual- English and ChineseJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time off
