Job Description:
The Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for assisting the
Bankruptcy team and partner network in managing daily operations.
This position includes the monitoring of automated and manual
processes to ensure the proper handling of outsourced accounts, as
well as the participation in projects / analysis as needed and
provide and communicate performance, initiative, and / or process
results. RESPONSIBILITIES Relationship with and request fulfillment
for internal / external customers. Process administrative material
and tasks. Provides regular tracking and reporting on adherence to
daily processes and / or financial performance. Subject matter
expert for one or more projects with high levels of complexity.
Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated
and manual processes. Perform other duties, as assigned. MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: High School Diploma EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years
customer service or clerical experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Basic MS Office skills Strong
verbal and written communication skills Skilled in data entry and
system queries PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelors
EXPERIENCE: 2 years work experience in financial services related
