Job Description:

This position is a key member of Financial Planning & Analysis team, supporting management, including the assessment and communication of financial results. Interact with operational finance, non-finance functions and global finance organization. Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate monthly close & forecast activities / deliverables; including timely submissions of monthly requirements, analysis and presentations to relevant stakeholders Develop business models to review and identify profitability enhancement opportunities within the region Build consolidated financial forecast/business plan, including variance walk / financial statement analysis (I/S, B/S and CF) Work cross functional groups to identify risks & opportunities to mitigate & deliver financial commitments Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements as necessary Help foster cooperation across organization Support management on special projects as needed Must Haves (Basic Qualifications): Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management or related field required. 5 years of financial planning, consolidation, forecasting experience Experience presenting financial results to executive leadership team Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills Balance sheet, cash flow and income statement model consolidation experience required Knowledge and application of sound accounting principles Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and communication (written and verbal) skills Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications): Master’s Degree SAP or Hyperion experience Experience in automotive industry Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Aptiv Rewards and Advantages: Competitive compensation with bonus potential Learning and development opportunities Discount programs with various manufacturers and retailers Recognition for innovation and excellence Opportunities to give back to the community Meaningful work that makes a difference in the world Relocation assistance may be available Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off (Vacation, Parental leave, etc.) About Signal & Power Solutions Signal & Power Solutions leverages our heritage as a global architecture provider and systems integrator to deliver the high speed data and electrical power distribution systems required for feature rich, highly automated vehicles.
