Job Description:
Michigan Farm Bureau (MFB), Michigans primary advocate for
agricultural communities, is seeking an Associate P/C Premium
Control Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal
in ensuring accurate management and reconciliation of property and
casualty insurance premiums to safeguard the economic interests of
our members. The Specialist will collaborate closely with the
customer service team to resolve discrepancies, provide exceptional
client support, and maintain meticulous financial records. This
position combines finance accuracy with customer interaction,
making it a dynamic role for a detail-oriented professional in the
insurance industry. Reconcile property and casualty insurance
premiums accurately Work closely with customer service to resolve
any discrepancies in payments Maintain detailed financial records
and prepare reports on premium status Assist in the financial
auditing processes Provide client support and respond to inquiries
regarding premium payments Strong numerical accuracy and attention
to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental

Representative (CISR) or equivalent preferred
