Summary: The Trust Operations Manager leads a team responsible for
delivering comprehensive operational support within the Bank of Ann
Arbor Trust & Investment Group. This role encompasses daily
operations as well as oversight of key business initiatives and
projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead a team of
professionals providing operational support for client onboarding,
account administration, statement production, and related
functions. Oversee daily account maintenance, including account
coding, statement setup, cash and asset transfers, and discrepancy
resolution. Support financial and performance reporting
requirements. Participate in vendor management activities,
including third-party risk assessments, contract reviews, and
invoice processing. Evaluate and implement software solutions to
enhance operational efficiency. Manage expenses within budget,
proactively controlling overtime and vendor fees. Monitor
non-exempt staff performance against individual goals. Achieve
satisfactory or better audit ratings. Lead special projects, such
as the evolution of the Fi-Tek/Global Wealth Enterprise Solution
platform. Continuously improve internal processes, workflows, and
procedures to boost efficiency, reduce risk, meet service
standards, and ensure compliance. Uphold ethical business practices
to maintain full compliance with regulatory, broker-dealer, and
institutional requirements. Take on additional responsibilities as
assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. 10 years of
relevant operations experience in a fast-paced, dynamic
organization. 5 years of management experience. Strong operational
background essential. Trust accounting experience preferred but not
required. Experience in banking or financial services, especially
with high-net-worth clients, preferred. Commitment to enhancing the
client experience. Proven ability to solve problems independently.

change. Creative and analytical, with a focus on execution.
