Job DescriptionJob Description:Full-time marketing coordinator position available with one of the most well established and fastest growing commercial real estate brokerage and management companies in the region. L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is looking for a talented and dependable professional to oversee the creation and implementation of promotional materials such as brochures, proposals, presentations, press releases and video tours.The coordinator will also be responsible for refining and evolving our social media presence in an effort to continue offering engaging content across all social platforms and communities. This role requires a strong writing skill set, the ability to interpret performance from analytics and using creativity to expand engagement.Additional responsibilities include maintaining our web presence for a listing portfolio that includes many of the most prominent office, medical and industrial buildings in Southeast Michigan.Full-time position Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pmApplicants must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/Premiere ProDetail oriented and proactive candidates with excellent organization and communication skills soughtSalaried position with compensation starting at $50,000 plus performance bonusesPaid vacation & sick leave time offModern, energetic and engaging work environment in our new company HQ facility Company DescriptionL.
