Job Description:

We are looking to employ a Marketing Communications Specialist with exceptional sales and communication skills. A Communications Specialist is expected to be a strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure and meeting sales deadlines.
Responsibilities:

• Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's sales policies, principles and strategies, and to keep up-to-date with relevant developments.
• Arrange and coordinate customer meetings and sales implementation.
• Facilitate sales and customer service strategies.
• Adhere to the company's sales style guide, ensuring that we produce high-quality and error-free sales.
• Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company's strategy and in support of various sales initiatives.
  Qualifications:
  
  • Solid understanding of customer service management principles
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
  • Proficient command of English
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
  • Strategic, enthusiastic, and creative thinker
  • Knowledge of how to use computer programs (i.e., Microsoft Office)
