Hour Media, the publisher of Hour Detroit, DBusiness, Detroit Design, Metro Detroit Weddings magazines and many more, is proud to offer a Marketing Research Internship for the Fall 2023 term alongside Hours sister research company, Professional Research Services.Responsibilities:PRS works with several city and regional magazines nationwide in providing them solid research methodology for their publications. Interns will assist the Marketing Research department in day-to-day tasks including:

• tracking survey results
• fact checking professionals
• assisting with marketing campaigns
• communicating with potential clientsRequired Skills:
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - specifically Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professionalism and Responsibility is a MUST
  • *Students will have a GPA of 3.0 or higherFurther Candidate Qualifications:
    • Candidates do not need to be enrolled in college level courses to be eligible - students and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Students have the option to receive college credit upon completion
    • Reliable transportation - we require our interns to complete their shifts in office, this is not a remote positionSalary: $12.00 per hourBenefits:
