Job Description:

The duties of this position will mainly include:

• Collaborate with communication team members of Teoresi Group to manage all types of communication in US such as internal, external, online, following Teoresi Group guidelines
• Write and distribute informational and promotional materials, such as social post, press releases, newsletters, brochures, flyers
• Create and update content for the company's digital channels, such as the website, social media, blog, according to the Company policies and Teoresi Group guidelines
• Organize and participate in communication events (internal and external), such as fairs, press visits, festival
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities through analysis and reporting tools
• Collect and manage requests from the internal teams and external stakeholders and be able to transmit needs to suppliers and evaluate output and quality of deliverable
• Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices and trends in the field of communication, Teoresi industries, marketing strategy analysisRequirements:
  • Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication (writing, speaking and listening) and editing skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of graphic principles for the web and video and image editing programs (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of dynamics of Email Marketing
  • Knowledge of UX principles and Basic technical knowledge of HTML is preferred
  • University degree in a field relevant to the post (journalism, communications, public relations or marketing)
