part of an exciting industry. SUMMARY Manages accessories, tires
and equipment portfolios by developing pricing and promotional
strategies Serve as a direct liaison to the Maserati Commercial
Management team ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare
launch materials for new accessory products being launched by
Maserati Prepare and maintain accessory brochures and/or catalogs
Brainstorm and develop accessory, tire and equipment promotional
opportunities with Maserati Commercial Management team and/or
vendors Collaborate with tire vendors monthly & quarterly to
brainstorm and develop promotional opportunities Collaborate with
Mopar Service Equipment quarterly to update promotional equipment
catalogs Receive and process feedback from the Maserati Field
Manager and Field team specific to active promotions. Share and
discuss feedback with Maserati Commercial Management team as needed
Manage Maserati body shop equipment transactions as needed Serve as
a direct liaison to the Maserati Commercial Management team Other
duties as assigned from time to time by the MSXI Maserati Manager
and/or Maserati Commercial Manager COMPETENCIES and CHARACTERISTICS
Knowledge Retention - To provide the highest quality support to
customers, the employee must be able to learn and memorize a large
amount of information Business Case Development - The employee must
be confident in developing a business case related to accessory,
tire and equipment promotional opportunities and proposing the
business case to the Maserati Commercial Management team Detail and
analytical Oriented - The employee must be able to focus on the
details of the conversation narrative to identify and isolate the
real issue. Analytical thinking is required when researching
promotional opportunities Organizational skills - The employee must
be able to handle multiple tasks at once while attending to the
customer's needs. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to
take the lead on a task or project Flexibility - The employee
should be able to provide assistance to various types of customers
and vendors. Friendly - Project a warm and friendly image,
consistently maintain a positive demeanor Customer service focused
- Must have the ability to stay calm in difficult situations. Must
be able to gain and maintain control of customer conversations
while providing world class customer service Speed - Must be fast
and efficient. Must be able to work quickly without sacrificing the
quality of their work Solutions oriented - Must be able to find
workable solutions for any problems they might face Full
professional proficiency in English is required Knowledge of
arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and
their applications are required Job requires analyzing information
and using logic to address work-related issues and problems While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to: Call, video, email, message and communicate with
co-workers, Maserati personnel and vendors Carry sizeable amounts
of paper documents Organize and archive information both physical
and electronic format EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum 1-2
years' experience in an automotive/dealership sales environment is
highly preferred Working experience with automotive dealership
operations, processes or similar business is preferred High school
diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required Computer
literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote,
Skype and Outlook is required WORK ENVIRONMENT Office environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Monday
- Friday; the shift below is typical for the Product Line Manager
position: 8:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch) MSX International is an
