looking for a Process Excellence Manager to join the organization
to assist internal and external clients in managing daily
operations. If you are naturally curious, this could be the role
for you! Responsibilities include:About the Job* Act as liaison
between LCOE and Marketing teams to manage all Internal Legal (IL)
lettering sent by marketing through a vendor* Lead IL, LCOE and
Marketing in initiatives for process improvements, risk management,
and audit or compliance related inquiries regarding IL lettering*
Manage IL lettering processes including initial letter triggers,
vendor rejections and return mail processes* Create and manage
reporting on IL lettering with the vendor* Lead audit-type requests
related to IL lettering* Support team/department needs to process
account level actions as needed* Collaborate with LCOE teams and
operations to identify, communicate and resolve gaps in current
policies, procedures and processes* Challenge existing processes in
order to increase efficiency and decrease cost* Be a partner across
the organization to ensure that current processes and procedures
are implemented as defined* Identify shortfalls in process/system
and manage the implementation of solutions for improvements* Become
an expert on processes and projects with moderate levels of
complexityExperience* Required: 1-3 years experience in a project
or process management role or equivalent education and experience.*
Preferred: 1 - 3 years experience in a project or process
management role in a Financial Services or Compliance related
fieldPC/Technical Skills* Required: Strong proficiency in MS Office
(Particularly Excel & PowerPoint)* Required: Ability to understand
moderate level process mapping/logic* Preferred: System query
skillsOther Skills* Effective time management skills and ability to
manage and maintain multiple projects/processes simultaneously*
Experience in project or process management* Strong Collaboration,
Problem solving, Critical Thinking and Relationship Management
Skills* Strong written and verbal communication* Familiarity with
legal processes and/or the desire to learn and understand legal
processes* Ability to handle variations in work type and workload*
Big Picture thinking* Ability to work with people across all levels
