Purpose of Job
The Business Process Integration Manager will lead the Business Process Integration management and project group with a focus on creating a thoughtful, collaborative and data-driven approach to due diligence, integration planning, and execution of business requirements and visions. Partners closely with the Business Quality Management and Business Planning departments to create a cohesive approach to all aspects of integration framework including project management, change management and value capture. The Business Process Integration Manager is an expert in understanding business and technical requirements and using them to build project plans, identify resources, and secure roadmap prioritization. They collaborate across diverse functions and drive project team effectiveness even under complex circumstances and will deliver solutions with measurable results to ensure projects meet or exceed expectations.
Major Duties/Responsibilities

  • Leads Plex (ERP) project management efforts including program tracking, reporting and risk management. Leads the development of strategic, efficient, and flexible processes.


  • Leads the BPI Group with a consistent focus on cross-functional collaboration. Provides ongoing coaching and support to the BPI team to ensure a collaborative, inclusive and strategic approach to management of the business process integration management office and functional teams. Identifies resource requirements and/or resource gaps and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure adequately skilled resources are available to deliver on commitments.


  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and execute business integration plans. Prepares and presents data in a strategic and meaningful way in support of organizational strategy and execution efforts. Influences stakeholders and subject matter experts to adhere to industry best practices.


  • Monitors integration planning status and rapidly identify issues pertaining to system changes and additions, communicating those issues to the appropriate leaders and provides guidance to the Project Managers on issue resolution before any potential value deteriorates.


  • Define project success metrics and targets; confirm targets for performance and adoption are achieved and work with system and/or process owners to resolve deficits


  • Identify and document project risks and issues; unblock projects and increase speed of delivery through risk mitigation, problem solving and effective escalation


  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks; provide insightful and precise communication to senior leadership


    Education, Experience and Knowledge
    Required and/or preferred level of education, knowledge and skills that are necessary.
    Education
    Bachelor' s Degree in related field, or equivalent applicable work experience
    Related Experience


    • 10 years of relevant experience of supervisory, management or project leadership experience required.


    • 10 years of relevant experience with Plex or other cloud-based ERP systems required


    • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership required.


    • 5 years automotive or manufacturing experience required.


      Special Training or Competency
      Observation, understanding, and execution of applicable company ISO/TS/IATF certification standards related to the role and impact on the overall organization.

        Additional Information
        Work Hours Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5pm. Off-hours as needed.
        Travel Requirements

        If domestic travel is necessary, valid drivers' license is required.
        If international travel is necessary, valid passport is required.
