innovative products to market.Role Summary The incumbent,
supporting the VP, Operations and Cosma Human Resources, is
responsible for leading / developing / implementing all human
resources and talent management initiatives of Cosma Human
Resources and for supporting their designated North American
divisions within the region. This role will support divisions in
the US. The incumbent will act as principal liaison between
Corporate, Group and Divisional Human Resources in support of the
Magna Fair Enterprise Culture & Magna Programs. Key
Responsibilities Working in collaboration with the VP and the Cosma
Human Resources to initiate & execute Human Resources Business
Partnership activities aligned to the strategic priorities as
defined through the business planning and reporting
processes.Develop and deploy required HR strategies and metrics in
assigned divisionsDeploy Talent Management processes to ensure
driving activities to develop and retain employeesPlay active role
in helping create and drive division people/org strategy and know
talent intimately in their divisionsPartner with divisions to
implement workforce planning by division to understand changes by
employee segment (DL, IDL, Skilled Trades, Salaried) and a
strategy/metrics to hiring the talent Understand retention and
engagement issues in each division for all core employee
segmentsCreate and deploy a divisional plan with HRM to ensure
proactive actions around engagement and retentionRemain current on
all aspects of human relations, total compensation, resource
planning, recruitment and selection strategies, health and safety,
environmental, and training and development issues or trends and
provide support, advise, or influence where appropriate/necessary,
to all leaders regarding policies, procedures, work practices where
there is the potential to negatively impact labour relations,
quality of work life, or compliance to established standards
(legislation, divisional, corporate);Establish and maintain
effective policies and procedures for divisions to ensure fair and
consistent treatment of all employees, including maintaining the
Employee Handbook and overseeing all matters pertaining to the
application of hiring and advancements, progressive discipline,
termination, lay-off or recalls, health and safety, or any other
employee relations issue that may arise; Key
Qualifications/Requirements To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty

- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources, with 5+ years'
experience in Human Resource leadership. Post-secondary education
in Human Resources or related courses/program; Certified Human
Resources Management Certificate/ C.H.R.P/ S.H.R.M. an asset. Multi
division/org experience Demonstrated ability to lead/facilitate
teams through strong communication skills and proven results.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong business acumen
(ability to understand/influence the core drivers of the business)
Ability to effectively train team members and leadership groups.
Fluent in English; other languages an asset. Ability to travel (up
