This new pillar in our Taxpractice is comprised of Tax Strategy, Trade & Customs, Credits & Incentives and Tax PerformanceImprovement professionals.What Will You Be Doing?A&M Tax is seeking a seasoned advisor with a strategic understanding of international, federal, state and local and M&A tax.The ideal candidate will have the experience and ability to identify and communicate integrated tax solutions and issues related to varied business models to senior management.As a Managing Director within Corporate Transformation Tax, you will:

• Work with diverse groups across Tax and Consulting in owning project management and delivery of integrated services.
• Be responsible for large corporate clients (owning Project Management - but not necessarily being the project manager).

  • International Tax
  • Federal Tax
  • State & Local Tax
  • M&A TaxComfort in working with non-tax consultants, integrating tax solutions into an operational improvement or transformation consulting offering.Exposure to any of the following industries is desired:
    • Industrials
    • Consumer Markets (Retail)
    • Technology
    • AutomotiveProfessional Skills
      • Strong written, oral and analytical skills
      • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
      • Structured project management (time, team and work-stream's management)
      • Initiative and drive
      • Critical thinking skills
      • Ability to deliver time-pressured project on-time and on-quality
      • Flexible and creative thinking
      • Client relationship building
      • Ability to identify tax impacts on key operational performance drivers
      • Developing findings and making strategic recommendationsQualifications
        • A minimum of 10-15 years tax consulting and/or industry experience
        • Experience as a Corporate Tax Advisor for Senior Executives, Senior Management, C-Suite
        • Must be a CPA and/or a barred JD
        • Flexibility to travel
