• 100 Hours PTOJob DetailsPosition Overview: The BIM Manager is responsible for overseeing the BIM 360 management, Revit standards, design support, and BIM Execution plan for our projects. The ideal candidate will increase efficiency within design and production and will have experience outputting BOMs.Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Oversee BIM 360, design processes and modeling in Revit
  • Set up templates and standards for use by all disciplines
  • Lead BIM processes for shop drawing from permit drawings
  • Assist architect/engineers solve Revit-related issues or needs
  • Help to create, maintain and change ASMEP models as needed
  • Creation of advanced parametric families and processes
  • Set model standards for various design phases from concept to shop drawing
  • Liaison with Design team, Contractors, and Fabricators
  • Develop processes for interdisciplinary coordination - Arch, Structural & MEP
  • Coordinate BOM (bill of material) output with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) - Assist/instruct designers in learning new features
    • Manage software licensing: Revit, Bluebeam, SolidWorks, MasterCAM, FrameCAD
    • Maintain and enforce BIM Execution Plan standards with consultants
    • Assist in the software development of custom Revit plug-in by external teamRequired Qualifications:
      • 5+ years Revit experience within architecture or engineering organization
      • Revit & AutoCAD experience
      • Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering
      • Autodesk Certified Professional or similar certification
      • ASMEP document understanding
      • BOM to ERP
