Caregiver Job Benefits $1,000 sign on bonus $100 bonus every 100 hours worked Competitive hourly pay, direct deposit weekly $500 employee referral bonus PTO Accrual Mileage reimbursement while on job assignment Rapid career advancement Free training with Director of Nursing TB testing and CPR certification assistance Shift & assignment flexibility Weekend and evening opportunities One on one patient care Joint Commission accredited location Caregiver Job Responsibilities: Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, walking, and transportation Assist with daily living activities and companionship Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care Caregiver Requirements: High school diploma or GED Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (Assistance is available) Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile - proof of insurance required Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
