As the Manager - IT Application Support, Home Health and Hospice you will: Manage application support team responsible for providing support services for clinical applications and their associated integrations Create KPIs and hold the team accountable to meeting metrics Create plan for company growth including investment in new technologies to make the company more efficient Manage vendor relationships for product information, maintenance, billing, contract issues, and the timely resolution of escalated issues Develop, implement, and insure adherence to Application Support policies and procedures Work with IT management to provide effective solutions to business issues and communicate status of issues/resolutionsQualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of hands-on application support experience 2+ years of managing a support teamWon't you join us?
