We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance.We seek Limited License Psychologists (LLP) for a full-time position at our Troy, MI location.Compensation:The salary range for this position is $70,200 to $125,500 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.Advantages:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance are available401k with employer contributionAdditional advantages include longevity bonuses, student loan paydown plan, EAP services, and professional development/CEUsA+ CARF accreditation scoreRequirements:Must have an active LLP licensureDoctoral or Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related counseling fieldMinimum of two years of clinical experienceMust be able to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per weekSome evening sessions and Saturday appointments are expectedBeneficial Skills & Experience:Competent with a wide range of clinical presentationsExperience with children or adolescentsExperience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and familiesSolid computer and basic technology skillsDemonstrated a history of professional growth and developmentSelf-motivated and independent clinicianAble to build rapport with clients quicklyAbout Perspectives Counseling CenterPerspectives Counseling Center was founded in 1985.
