The role also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus variable based upon experience and metric achievement.Advantages:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance are available.401k with employer contributionAdditional advantages include longevity bonuses, student loan paydown plan, E.A.P. services, and professional development/C.E.U.sRequirements:Must have an active M.D licensure.Prescribing psychotropic medicationsConducting psychiatric evaluations and med management servicesMinimum of two years of clinical experienceBeneficial Skills & Experience:Competent with a wide range of clinical presentationsExperience with children and adolescents is highly favorable.Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.Solid computer and basic technology skillsDemonstrated a history of professional growth and development.Initiative-taking and independent clinicianAble to build rapport with clients quickly.About Perspectives Counseling CenterPerspectives Counseling Center was founded in 1985.
