Therapy Supervisor (Home-Based/Wraparound)Mental Health and Developmental DisabilitiesFlexible, Non-Traditional Work Schedule Opportunities POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home-Bases Therapy Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of comprehensive wraparound services for children, youth, and families, ensuring that individuals receive holistic, culturally competent, and strength-based care. The Therapy Supervisor will lead a team of case managers, clinicians, and other support staff while collaborating with community partners to ensure effective service delivery.If you are passionate about helping individuals achieve positive outcomes in their behavioral health and are committed to leading a dedicated team, this is an excellent opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Supervision:Provide direct supervision and guidance to the wraparound team, including case managers, behavioral health specialists, and clinicians.Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.Program Oversight:Oversee the implementation and coordination of wraparound services, ensuring that they are individualized, strength-based, and family-driven.Track and report on program outcomes, service utilization, and client satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.Collaboration & Community Engagement:Work closely with external community providers, schools, juvenile justice, child welfare, and other agencies to ensure a seamless network of care for clients and families.Facilitate team meetings, family team conferences, and other collaborative planning meetings to engage families in the treatment process.Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders to advocate for resources and support for individuals and families.Training & Development:Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in wraparound practices, trauma-informed care, and other relevant behavioral health interventions.Administrative Duties:Ensure accurate documentation of services provided, including client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.Education/Qualifications:Masters degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health services, with at least 2 year in a supervisory or leadership role.Experience with home-based or wraparound services or in managing multi-disciplinary teams is highly preferred.Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices in behavioral health.Valid (LMSW,LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other relevant licensure) preferred.This description is intended to describe the type and level of work being performed by a person assigned to this job.
