Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with ARRT or NMTCB certification and two years of experience for a day shift assignment. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in a nuclear medicine department performing diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging - Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Scheduled to work every 5th or 6th weekend on Saturday and Sunday - No on-call required - Responsibilities include performing diagnostic nuclear medicine studies, operating and maintaining imaging equipment, and administering radioisotopes as indicated - Must ensure patient comfort, address patient concerns, and ensure accurate exam documentation - Responsible for quality assurance, radiation safety, documentation, supply management, and basic equipment maintenance - May assist in other areas of radiology as needed - No more than 5 days of requested time off will be approved - Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment /n /n Requirements/n - Registered in Nuclear Medicine with ARRT or NMTCB certification - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist - BLS certification required - License required if applicable /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-646816.
