Location: Toledo, OH Toledo offers a vibrant urban experience

Facility: This prestigious medical center is part of a
well-respected healthcare network serving the Toledo community and
surrounding areas. The facility includes a Level 1 trauma center
with comprehensive surgical services and state-of-the-art equipment
to support advanced cardiothoracic care. Opportunity: Physician
Assistant (PA) - Surgery - Cardiothoracic Job Details: • Coverage
across multiple locations: St. Vincent, St. Anne, St. Charles, and
Perrysburg facilities (privileges for all locations)• 10 days/month
coverage over two weekends from January-April, then TBD• Office
hours, inpatient post-op floor, and ICU care responsibilities•
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday• 10 days of call per
month with a 1:3 call ratio• Average 12 patients per day• EPIC EMR
documentation system• Working autonomously with supervising
physician available 24/7 by phone and daily rounds• Required
duties: suture removal, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering
and interpreting tests, writing prescriptions, care coordination,
rounding, pre-op physical exams• Adult/geriatric patient
demographic• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days if file is clean,
with potential for expedition• Must have NCCPA certification•
Active Ohio license required• BLS and ACLS certifications required•
Must have relevant training and experience• Clean background check
required - no exceptions• Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per month
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and
malpractice included.
