Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide
comprehensive psychological services within a K-12 school setting
in Detroit, MI. This contract position spans the current school
year, with employment starting as soon as possible through June 11,
2026. The role focuses on supporting student mental health and
academic success through assessments, intervention planning, and
collaboration with educators and families. Key Responsibilities: -
Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students cognitive,
emotional, and behavioral needs - Collaborate with teachers,
administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention
strategies - Promote positive mental health and well-being within
the school community - Monitor and document student progress and
adjust interventions as necessary - Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert consultation
Qualifications and Experience: - Valid Michigan School Psychologist
Certification required - Prior experience in an educational or
school setting preferred - Strong skills in psychological
assessment and development of intervention plans - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with
diverse stakeholders - Commitment to supporting K-12 student
populations Work Environment and Details: - Onsite work required;
this position is not remote or hybrid - 37.5 hours per week,
aligned with the traditional school calendar - One position
available - Specific caseload details will be provided during the
