Job Description Job Description Job description: Our Detroit office is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to support our growing Intellectual Property Litigation practice. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop in an established, growing IP boutique firm, and includes excellent mentoring opportunities with experienced practitioners in a collaborative environment. Qualifications: At least 2 to 6 years of litigation experience. Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). A Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or computer engineering, or similar is preferable Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. Location Requirements: While we primarily seek candidates located in or willing to relocate to Michigan or Missouri, we will also consider applicants resident in or willing to relocate to Virginia or Texas. Billable Hours: This position offers a total of 1,900 billable hours, which may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis depending on experience and education.
