Job Description Unique one of a kind opportunity in southern California for a small animal Veterinarian who loves to focus on medicine and care of animals. Enjoy working in a beautiful, peaceful environment on a large acreage and is commutable to LA metro. An animal sanctuary home to primarily cats and dogs, but also some livestock and horses in the Los Angeles metro area, is looking for a full time Veterinarian to care for the animals including wellness, preventative care, and surgeries. A large animal veterinarian is available to assist with the livestock and horses. Several relief veterinarians also on staff to assist. Veterinarian schedule would be M-F 9a-5p. The veterinarian will see each animal at least 2 times per year for wellness. This is good opportunity to practice medicine and see a variety of cases w/o the stresses of typical private practice.
