Radiology Tech Location: Novi, MI Agency: Lancesoft Inc. Pay: $2,700 to $2,850 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job details: Position: Radiologic Technologist – Computed Tomography (CT) Location: Novi, MI 48374 Shift: 8hrs Day shift Duration: 13 weeks Requirements Qualifications & Requirements 2 years of experience as a CT ARRT BLS from AHA Advanced certification in CT Skills & Responsibilities Explain imaging procedures to patients and ensure proper preparation Review physician orders and patient medical history before exams Set up CT equipment and perform scans based on anatomical requirements Operate imaging systems manually to capture high-quality diagnostic images Administer intravenous contrast media using power injectors and monitor for adverse reactions Assist radiologists during advanced diagnostic procedures such as biopsies Maintain procedure rooms, ensuring adequate stock of supplies and sterile equipment Follow radiation safety protocols (ALARA principles) to minimize exposure Ensure accurate image transfer and quality checks in PACS systems Complete all required documentation in RIS and patient medical records Verify imaging protocols with radiologists prior to procedures Deliver excellent patient care aligned with organizational service standards.
