QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
required. Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling, or a
Doctoral degree in Psychology preferred. Licensure : Valid Ohio
LSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychology license required. Skills :
Sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds and
demonstrate ability to work with diverse groups of people
possessing various strengths, aptitudes and abilities. Perform job
responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent
judgment. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and
effective interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Agency
computer systems and software to perform essential job functions.
Experience : Culturally competent knowledge of diagnostic
assessment, treatment planning, family systems, systems and methods
in family therapy, group therapy, child and adolescent
psychotherapy. Demonstrated clinical experience in chemical
dependency treatment strongly preferred. Experience with children,
adolescents, and families preferred. Other : Knowledge of Juvenile
Justice System and/or Youth Mental Health System preferred. Must
have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that
meets the underwriting criteria of the Agency’s insurance company.
Must have reliable personal transportation. AGENCY SUMMARY:

SUMMARY: The Integrated Co-Occurring Treatment (ICT) Therapist
serves as the primary direct service clinician to clients as
assigned by the program. The Therapist works with families
utilizing the IHBT Model of Treatment to provide support and
integrated behavioral health and substance use services through
reduction of intensity in emotional symptoms and stressors for the
client and the family, as well as strengthening interpersonal
success and coping skills to help them stay in the home
successfully and avoid out-of-home placement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provide professional clinical services, including but not limited
to: Assessments; Treatment planning; Individual and family therapy;
Case management; Crisis work; and Aftercare planning. Collaborate
with other treatment team members regarding treatment planning,
progress, and ongoing needs in a timely and consistent manner.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical
record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in
accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations
and standards. Maintain a full caseload as assigned and meet the
department’s weekly productivity target. Maintain a flexible work
schedule including some evenings. Provide 24/7 on-call coverage
Monday – Friday and on a rotational basis for weekends. Transport
clients as needed for case management or other essential job
duties. OTHER DUTIES: Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision,
consultations, and on-going training. All required trainings,
certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance
with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and
standards. Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence
all information obtained during the client’s treatment. All
client-related documents should be handled in accordance with
Agency guidelines on confidential material. Maintain high standards
of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies
and procedures. Provide back up support to other staff members as
directed. Other duties as assigned by management. Bellefaire JCB is
