Aston Carter is seeking individuals for a great opportunity
within a large Mortgage company in the state of Michigan. The
Full-time Mortgage specialist is to interact with customers/clients
to provide information in response to inquiries about products,
services, take payments, discuss claim statuses and to de-escalate
issues through inbound calls. This is a perfect role for
team-oriented customer service professionals from all backgrounds
who are eager to work for a great company. MUST be residing in
Michigan Successful Candidates: Possess Skills in: customer
service, customer support, customer service skills, mortgage,
contact center, insurance, call center, bilingual Or Top Skills

skills --- Must have internet --- Must have completed high school
or equivalent --- 6 months or more of successful customer service
experience --- Bilingual in Spanish candidates are encouraged to

9:30am - 6pm --- Shift: M-F available between 10:30 am - 7:00 pm on
Hybrid/WFH Schedule will work 40 hours weekly, plus OT is also
