    • Full Time: 1st (Monday - Friday 8:00a-4:30/5p)
    • Saturdays if needed

        Daily Duties / Job Description:
        
        • Travel to and from various job sites (offices, homes, apartments, etc)
        • Top to bottom cleaning and everything in between
        • Tenant move in/move out deep cleans
        • Floors: sweeping, mopping, washing, hand scrubbing hard wood/tiles and baseboards
        • Bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, drains, mirrors, restocking supplies, etc
        • Kitchens: sinks, stoves, ovens, microwaves, floors, etc.
        • Offices: trash, touch points, floors, windows, walls, etc.
        • Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other surface needed
        • Making beds and fluffing pillows.
        • Dusting and polishing shelves, fans, blinds, etc.
        • Exterior cleaning of driveways, windows, door frames, etc
        • Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces.
        • Handling all furniture and appliances carefully
        • Empty trash bins in all rooms
        • Ensure all cleaning supplies are used and stored correctly/safely
        • Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms
        • Keep track of cleaning schedule
        • Work in teams of 2-3 to clean each job site
        • Work independently to complete all assigned tasks listed above or otherwise
