for a talented individual who wants to learn the business and

Recruiter is responsible for finding qualified candidates to fill
open positions throughout the organization. This position has
ownership and accountability for all aspects of the recruitment
function, including creating recruitment plans, screening and
scheduling interviews, making offers of employment, facilitating
the onboarding process, managing the recruitment module in the
HRIS, tracking key metrics, and ensuring employment law compliance.

- $50k-$55k/year

- Work with management to determine a recruitment plan for open
positions within the organization
- Find, propose, and execute creative recruiting methods to
source candidates
- Create and post publications to attract candidates, such as job
advertisements, social media posts, and flyers
- Screen and interview applicants in a variety of formats,
including by phone, internet, and in person
- Schedule and coordinate applicants for additional interviews
with management
- Monitor the recruiting budget and make recommendations to stay
within budget
- Work with external vendors to ensure the best and most
efficient and cost-effective recruiting tools are being used
- Propose and implement ideas for better process efficiency
- Make verbal offers and send out electronic offers
- Facilitate, track and manage the full onboarding process
- Maintain and utilize our ADP recruitment module database
- Track and report out on key recruiting metrics What We Need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in a high-volume Recruiter
role, recruiting positions at multiple levels within a company
- Detail oriented, organized, and ability to meet deadlines and
demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong data analysis skills, including reporting and data
analysis
- Good interpersonal skills; must have the ability to develop
strong relationships
- Effective oral communications skills, including the ability to
present in front of groups
- Strong written communications skills, including the ability to
draft job postings and job descriptions Core Values: Helping

Requirements:
- Must be able to remain sitting in a stationary position for
prolonged periods
- Requires the ability to move about inside the office
- Must be able to move items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers,
vendors, and the public
- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such
as a calculator, copy machine and computer
printerHours/Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per
year. Standard hours are M - F, 8:00 - 5:00 but due to the nature
of the position, some including evening hours may be required. It
