Responsible for developing technical handbooks to represent the
design and code of new applications; responsible for maintaining
the optimal performance of system applications; ensure smooth
navigation by upgrading the features of existing applications
running on Windows environment; perform multiple diagnostic tests
before releasing the applications.
Build and set up development tools, infrastructure, and
Create various diagrams, flowcharts and models that illustrate the
type of code needed for programmers. -
Prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the
organizations systems; provide technical support to teams within
the organization and to external clients when required.
Identify new technologies for enhancing the Business Intelligence
Applications including SAND Controlled Disbursement, SAND Positive
pay, image mark and NCR.
Maintain all code changes into a single system to be modified and
Work with ITSM systems including JIRA/Cherwell/Service Now ticketed
query system and ensure comprehensive database of queries and
resolutions are up to date.
Perform software testing and quality assurance.
Test the Patch and hotfix released by the vendor for application
including SAND Controlled Disbursement, SAND Positive pay, Image
mark and NCR in lab environment and implementing in production
Provide technical guidance to coworkers on the newly developed
application and provide operational supports.
Document each aspect of an application as a reference for future
upgrades and maintenance.
Find and implement the resolution for technical problems on Splunk
Manage coordination at a local and international level where
required. Deliver regular and customized training to offshore teams
and assisting with SOP/Runbooks creation.
Prepare workbook and implement the live play in DR environment.
Implement security-focused solutions to new problems, remediate the
vulnerability in all application servers and ensure that systems
are safe and secured against cyber security threats.
Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the
United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to
Education: Bachelor - Computer Science or Information Technology
(will accept foreign education equivalent) ; will accept Bachelor
equivalent based on combination of education as determined by
professional evaluation service; will also accept any equally
suitable combination of education, training and/or experience that
would qualify someone to perform the job duties.
Experience: - Two (2) years
