Role Summary:

The following functions are the responsibility of the Senior Java Developer .

Position Responsibilities:
--- Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:
--- Design, build, deploy, monitor and support production deployment of web solutions
--- Research and implement web tools as a proof-of-concept and move it to the production-ready state
--- Design and develop microservices with Java Springboot in containers
--- Develop UI based on various java web application development frameworks
--- Testing different platform stacks for performance and efficiency
--- Providing scalability by planning, designing and deploying on the appropriate CPU/GPU clusters
--- Collaborate cross-functionally with domain experts to identify gaps and structural problems
--- Present findings and discuss project results with business units
--- Analyzing, extracting, and optimizing relevant information from large amounts of data to help drive business decisions on product features and operational efficiency
--- SQL knowledge is plus

Competencies:
Knowledge of 8 + years of Java Springboot, Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA, SpringBatch
Deep knowledge of API designs: REST, XML, JSON
Java/J2EE, JMS, XML, XSLT, XQUERY, SOAP
Developing web services (SOAP/REST) using Java frameworks

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math or equivalent
