Job Description:
The Paralegal I is on the team that ensures the required
licenses for each business entity are current and accurate. This
position includes tracking licensing requirements, drafting license
applications and licensing renewals, and assisting with periodic
licensing examinations/audits. The Paralegal I will also be
required to interface with business leaders, including members of
the executive team, and state regulators on a regular basis and, as
such, must display a high degree of professionalism, competence,
and geniality. The Paralegal I is responsible for participating in
licensing-related projects and assisting with legal research and
analysis as needed. Responsibilities include: Tracking licensing
requirements and timing, drafting license applications and
licensing renewals, and assisting with periodic licensing

state regulators MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Associates
EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years of experience in the legal field KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Intermediate Knowledge of
Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and
attention-to-detail Strong interpersonal skills Ability to learn
and master new technologies Ability to prioritize and work in a
changing environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE: 2 Years
of Experience Bachelors Paralegal Certificate Starting Compensation
Hourly Rate: $26.49 - $36.97 (Amount based on office location,
