Job Description Job Description About Us: MOCO Boutique is a
dynamic and fast-paced online retailer specializing in women's
clothing, accessories, and home goods. We pride ourselves on
providing exceptional customer service and offering quality
products. We're looking for a Graphic Tee Production Specialist to
join our team and oversee the production of our custom graphic tee
line. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Oversee all
aspects of the graphic tee production process, ensuring efficiency,
quality, and timely fulfillment of orders. Design Coordination:
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure accurate
implementation of designs onto tees. Equipment Operation: Operate
and maintain heat press, vinyl cutters, or other printing
equipment. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure
they meet MOCO’s quality standards. Inventory Control: Manage and
track inventory of materials such as blanks, vinyl, and ink to
avoid shortages. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any
production or equipment-related issues promptly. Process
Improvement: Evaluate production workflows and suggest improvements
to enhance efficiency and output. Team Collaboration: Work closely
with sales, customer service, and other departments to meet
production goals and customer expectations. Qualifications:
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably
in garment printing or customization). Familiarity with graphic
design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent
time management and organizational skills. Ability to work
independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30
