The Manager Process Excellence is responsible for supporting
business process improvement efforts across the organization. This
position includes assisting with process analysis, new process
design and implementation, and project management.
Assist with establishing detailed project plans, monitor project
performance, raise issues and concerns, establish performance
metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor improvement impacts.
Manages one or more direct reports.
Provide regular updates on process improvement projects to key
project stakeholders across the organization as required.
Serve as a key project team member and support business process
improvement projects from conceptualization through implementation
by working closely with the project team, business unit leaders and
IT (as necessary).
Serve as liaison between business units and IT for business
process improvement projects to help establish business
requirements and functional specifications.
Improve departmental processes by applying lean/agile practices
and quality checks.
3-5 years experience in a project/or management role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office.
Strong data analysis skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence. Deals well with ambiguity.
Project Management Tools, SharePoint, ServiceNOW (Ticket
System query skills (SQL, SAS, Access Database).
