Job Description:

Location: Troy, MIThe Junior Mortgage Processor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting Senior Loan Processors in the completion of the loan file from the submission into underwriting up to getting the loan to the closing table.Responsibilities:

• Assist Sr. Processors in the collection of required documents to clear underwriting conditions
• Review title work for accuracy, follow up with title company for any corrections
• Review file for submission to closers for initial CD delivery
• Follow up and or order documents that have not been collected in a timely manner, such as appraisals, 4506 transcripts, final payoffs, VOE's, evidence of insurance or HOA costs
• Prioritize and monitor daily workflow in order to ensure all loans are being worked on in accordance with company's timeline expectations.General Requirements:

    • Minimum 1year experience in similar role
    • High school diploma
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of business professional behaviors including punctuality, attendance, responsiveness and dependability.
