Description:- Lead all R&D activities to deliver on specific programs according to defined targets pertaining to cost, timing, quality- Prepare project planning, resources and cost with detailed R&D activities to meet customer milestones - Manage the R&D team to meet project deliverables (documentation and prototypes) until project launch - Maintain daily open issue list to track development and follow up with project contributors to ensure timely deliveries of all activities - Management of R&D sub-suppliers (technical aspect, cost and timing) - Serve as the customer interface for system development and all R&D topics - Ensure that the product meets all customer requirements for functionality and performance by working with the team to create product compliance matrix - Manage customer requirement changes (feasibility, risk, cost and timing). - Lead and participate in R&D design reviews, providing risk status and issues - Manage product failures during development phase - Provide support to the project team to ensure DFMEA and PFMEA are created and updated throughout the project phasesSkills:Project Management, Design Verification, AutoSARAdditional Skills & Qualifications:- Experience providing support on new RFQs (Request For Quote) as required - Support Product Marketing and Business Development activities as required About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
