Overview of Responsibilities: Manages marketing promotions in support of MSGCUs goals. Oversees projects from conception to completion with executional excellence and a consistent brand voice. Effectively engages and directs resources to differentiate MSGCU and strengthen our competitive advantage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Understands organizational and departmental objectives and collaborates with stakeholders to help develop campaign goals and anticipated performance ROI. In conjunction with Marketing Manager, develops campaign strategy and communications plans and implements all marketing components for campaigns and promotions. * Builds and manages project plans in accordance with departmental processes, drives cross-functional team deliverables and schedules, and sees projects through to completion. Leads the stakeholder project planning process for campaign development. * Effectively engages, plans, and directs internal and external resources to maximize cost and time efficiencies in order to reach members and prospective members through the design, production, and implementation of marketing materials, including owned, earned, and paid media placement. Ensures program elements are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains relationships with creative, media, and other third party partners. * Collaborates with stakeholders (internal/external) to ensure programs meet legal and policy guidelines and requirements. * Ensures timely communication of campaign milestones and implications to all relevant stakeholders. * Determines business requirements for campaign dashboards and monitors and reports performance throughout the campaign period. Makes recommendations for enhancements for future initiatives. * Develops campaign summary documentation and leads the analysis of campaign performance with the Marketing Data and Research Analyst, applies learning as appropriate for future campaign initiatives. * Ensures proper organizational communication of campaign efforts. Helps develop internal awareness and motivation elements that run in support of the campaign.

Exemplifies courage by stepping up to address difficult issues. * Self-Development: Actively seeks new ways to grow and be challenged using formal and informal development channels. * Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Proficient with Adobe Suite preferred.

Essential Preparation and Experience:

* Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field; and * 4 years in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within the financial industry.

Working Conditions:

* Office and branch location environment with little discomfort from noise, extreme temperature, dust, or other factors. * Required to travel throughout MSGCU's service area as business needs require. * Exposed to potentially hazardous conditions, such as robbery. Receives detailed instructions and security procedures on an annual basis to minimize risk. * This work involves sitting most of the time with brief periods of walking or standing and may occasionally require lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
