Job Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor
Reports To: Accounts Payable Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary Responsible for activities and operations in the
accounts payable function for the organization. Direct supervision
of the Corporate accounts payable staff. Ensures timely and
efficient processing of invoices and payments. Coordinates the
standardization of work processes to create a more effective and
efficient AP organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the

Requirements / Education / Experience
degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical
school; or three (3) to five (5) years related experience; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.

knowledge of Accounting ERP software, Advanced Microsoft Excel
skills and Microsoft Word software. Microsoft NAV, Oracle, and
Concur experience a plus.
