Job Description

The Client Account Executive works closely with the account and project management team in the design and implementation of high volume direct marketing programs. The Client AE serves as a resource for the development and management of project documentation including, but not limited to, project timelines, project overviews, open issues logs and project status reports and manage select projects exclusively. This is an account management role and is not a sales position. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, analytical, an exceptional communicator, and has a touch of creativity.  They must also be able to work on multiple programs simultaneously, navigate change, and manage client expectations. 

 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assists the Account Management team in the design and implementation of high volume direct marketing programs.
  • Assists the Account Supervisors, Account Directors and other Senior Account Management with the development and maintenance of project open issues logs, project timelines, monthly reporting and status reports.
  • Works with internal team resources, such as Print Production, Creative, Brand Account Teams, Operations Team and Data to initiate/execute programs, resolve issues and clarify requirements.
  • Review creative materials throughout the development process to ensure the proper integration and accuracy of content prior to execution.
  • Assist in obtaining both internal and external approvals of creative materials.
  • Assist in managing client and client expectations.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

•                     2-3 years of project/account management experience in the marketing services field, automotive client preferred.

•                     Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field or commensurate experience.

•                     Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize tasks.

•                     Desire to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.

•                     Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

•                     Understands and able to apply basic project management principals.

•                     Strong oral and written communication skills.

•                     Performs effectively under short deadlines.

•                     Ability to assign priorities and meet delivery dates.

•                     High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of management, teams, clients and vendors.

•                     Work collaboratively, emphasizing teamwork, diversity and knowledge sharing both within Epsilon and with external business partners.

•                     Analytical ability to resolve/clarify program related issues.

•                     Detail oriented for documentation of processes and effective follow-up.

•                     Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

•                     Experience with Proof HQ and Microsoft Planner, a plus.
