Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for Transaction Flow (TF) Consultant
to support all three Transaction Flow Teams: prevention,
reporting/performance management and process within a large
healthcare provider. This role supports the overall Corporate
Billing Office (CBO). In this role, you will conduct technical
analysis and facilitation of multi-disciplinary, team based root
cause analysis of edits and denials. TF Consultant should utilize
knowledge of Epic optimization to implement identified initiatives
and workflow processes. The TF Consultant will be responsible for
synthesizing issues at a high-level and preparing recommendations
for Leadership. This role utilizes all project management
skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Health Care
Administration or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience required with
progressively increasing areas of responsibility including
performance improvement, project management, or staff
management.
Epic, revenue cycle and /or, large healthcare system experience
Billing/coding knowledge
Microsoft office
Insurance knowledge
Analytical knowledge
