• Degree in Accounting or a related field of study (Preferred) - Extensive experience may---be considered---a substitute for a college degreeEssential Functions:
  • Issue and post invoices
    • Resolve billing inquiries
      • Reduce open receivables
        • Responding to inbound billing inquiries
          • Identify and escalate priority issues
            • Document the AR Process
              • Generate monthly statements and reports
                • Support special projects as assignedSkills:
                  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar accounting software
                    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
                      • Ability to prioritize many different requests and handle changing priorities
                        • Ability to work independently and self-manage
                          • Excellent oral and written communication skills
                            • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
                              • Must show high attention to detail, good judgment and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
