Job DescriptionThe role of Mortgage Loan Partner at Ross Mortgage Corporation will include working closely with the Top Producing Loan Officer in one of our Michigan branches and assisting them with their pipeline, clientele, and referral sources, with the ultimate goal of taking over their mortgage practice and continuing its legacy. The Mortgage Loan Partner will be responsible for writing and producing new loans based on their own referral sources, as well as working with a top-producing loan officer on their loans, and eventually taking over their clientele, referral sources, and mortgage practice.Compensation:$20,000 - $100,000Responsibilities:

• Assist the Branch Manager/Top Producing Loan Officer with their pipeline of loans
• Assist with writing new loans and producing applications with clients of your own
• Maintain communication and work with the Top Producing Loan Officer's client list/referral sources
• Ability to multi-task and manage a large pipeline of residential mortgage loans
• Maintaining a positive attitude towards coworkers and clients and providing them excellent service
• Have the motivation and determination to take over a high-volume and highly respected mortgage practice from one of our top producersQualifications:
  • Mortgage Loan Origination or related experience
  • Established sources of referral
  • Thorough understanding of underwriting criteria and guidelines
  • Mortgage banking background preferred with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills
  • Must have MLO license in the state of Michigan
