Coordinator, you'll be part of our Industrial team located in Troy,
MI You'll get to: Handle pricing, identifying all items as a
catalog number and description, verifies quantity, and extending
all items on customer ordersConduct customer sales and service both
at the counter and via phoneAnswer inquiries regarding Stanley
Black & Decker products and services customers on product use and
careSchedule incoming product repairs and provide information to
customers on availability of product and of product service Serve
as a customer service role model and addresses any customer issues
and responsible for daily distribution of work during down time to
other representativesManage call log and pick-ups > 60 days.
Promoting GRC and GRC+. Customer service training / mentoring to OH
staffAchieve Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) goals set for
the center by the divisionUtilize the POS terminal to process all
sale and non-sale transactionsAssist clerks and assists in
merchandising and repairing tools Schedule repairs and contacting
customers upon completionMisc. tasks as assigned Who You Are You

salesmanshipExcellent skills in Microsoft applications; Excel,
Power Point, Word, OutlookBilingual fluency in both English and
