Job Description:

The LFS Group is looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer to be responsible for providing specific product and/or technical knowledge, advice and support to our enterprise Sales Executives, Account Managers and our Clients. In this role, you will work as a collaborative member of the Enterprise team, to market and sell the company product lines with a significant focus on our High Value Products portfolio. You will provide insight to our customers on current network situations, with the expectation to work with moderate guidance.Responsibilities:---Performs needs analyses for the company and its customers and procedures strategic, cost-effective solutions.---Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions.---Supports the Enterprise Sales and Account Management teams with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects.---Leads Monthly "Lunch and Learns" for the staff on the company product portfolio and differentiating our offerings from our competitors.---Take an active role as part of the team in the sales process, including: discovery, recommendations via application overview and network diagram, presentations and post-sale handoff to the implementation team.---Assists accountant executives, account managers and customers in evaluating and selecting products.---Creates, reviews and executes product test plans and cases as well as documenting test progress and report results.---Recommends products to meet customer needs.---Consistently exercise independent judgement and discretion in matters of significance.---Regular consistent and punctual attendance is expected.---Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements/Qualifications:Education:BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferredExperience:3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in telecommunication industry.3- 5+ years of technical sales experience and experience working with Fiber services: Fiber builders, Hosted PBX and metaswitchSkills:Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software/hardware development, web technologies and cloud servicesExcellent project management skills; Zoho experience preferredCreatively explain and present complex concepts internally and to external customersUp-to-date computer skills including: strong literacy in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPointOutstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProduct knowledge, to market and sell customer needs.Product development and Presentation skills on c-suite executive level.Technical understanding, and general programming skills,Serve has as a technical resource with demonstrated experience working with network diagrams and building.Skilled in timely projects and executive accountsHigh level understanding of metro Ethernet services (on/off net), and Hosted IP TechnologyCompetencies:Technical knowledgeSelf- starterDetail-orientatedProblem solverTeam-playerTime & task management oriented
