Flagstar Bank is looking for an intern to join our IT team over the summer. Throughout this internship we offer the opportunity to interact with leadership from many different areas as well as gain real-world experience working side by side with team members to learn our processes and improve efficiencies while expanding on core concepts introduced in college courses. Our internship program offers a comprehensive schedule of events designed to enhance your skill set, career outlook, communication skills, and business knowledge.

• Manage, administer, and update the Salesforce Center of Excellence SharePoint websites. These sites contains information on Salesforce coding practices, security policies, standards, DevOps procedures, software development lifecycle requirements, and more.
• Completion of this internship will enable the candidate to learn one of the critical skills for Microsoft "Modern Workplace" certification (SharePoint). The candidate will participate in a highly professional and modern software development organization.Job Requirements:
  • HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent required.
  • Current student or recent graduate pursing a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, IT, or related area of study required.
  • Motivated to learn and improve operational processes.
  • Able to demonstrate solid writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Adjusts positively to quickly-changing priorities and shifting goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong numeric and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage projects in an effective and productive manner.
