Candidate should have general knowledge of Agile and Lean principals and continuously reflects on how to become more effective to tune and adjust team norms and update IT standards.KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTSRight Product:* Contributes to creating business value by participation in the build and deploy activities* Continually grows in understanding of the Business requirements Translating Business requirements into functional requirements Designing, developing the solution by taking into account DGSI principals and guidance's (EA rules like security and integration, Group methodologies,) Deploying the solution by contributing to change management, communication and trainingDeliver Right:* Creates and manages Production Changes* Maintains and Improves Change Maturity Rating* Drives and Validates Delivery Package (Delivery Notes, Knowledge Transfer Document, Test/UAT Approvals, Validation Plan)* Coaches and Trains on Change Management Process* Manages Emergency Changes* Represents and acts as SPOC of changes to Change Coordinators* Lead the Change Management process for SC Platform for non-Prod environmentsContinuously Improve:* An incremental approach (Do & Learn) is used during design and development to manage the lead time, by per example : - Implementing automation for testing and deployment of components - Being able to deliver incremental functionalities quickly#LI-CH1Inspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!As the leading mobility company, we work with tires, around tires and beyond tires to enable Motion for Life.
