Demo and Event Coordinator

Role/Duties:

Coordinate all visitors coming in to the GEC (Graphics Experience Center)
Create customized agendas for every visit working with the Client sales team
Coordinate catering, rooms, and other resources to ensure a successful demo occurs
Consolidate all surveys
Manage referral account requests
Provide Admin support to the GEC team, ordering, tracking, and following up on key items to ensure a successful visit
Responsible for Video and Social Media as well for the GEC
