We are looking for a skilled mortgage loan officer assistant to join our top-producing team and assist our mortgage loan origination officers. Responsibilities:
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Familiarity with financial and lending practices
--- Ability to build rapport with clients
--- Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields
--- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software program
--- Prolonged periods sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer

Qualifications:

Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
Understand basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.
High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in finance or banking preferred
Having an NMLS license is not required, but is preferred
